We will utilize many forms of training equipment including - barbells, dumbbells, resistance bands, Nature elements, and our own body weight. I will guide you along our sessions teaching proper form, technique, and proper breathing.
Additionally, I also offer nutritional guidance to help optimize your wellness path. It is truly my passion and honor to assist you in any way I can to help you to achieve better health and well being in your life!
